Here is my very first wedding cake. It was a lot of work and I don't think I have ever baked this much at one time in my entire life. The top tier is carrot cake with cream cheese filling, the middle tier is white cake with raspberry filling and the bottom tier is chocolate with chocolate pudding filling. The cake is going to Ben's work Monday morning and will probably feed 150-200 people. I can't wait to try a piece of each tier.

WOW.. it looks great! We were suppose to be coming to Idaho, but I ended up having a photo shoot this weekend and I couldn't reschedule it. I tried, but the couple couldn't do it another time.. so sadly we are not :( But when I do, family pictures on me!
